I purchased your Cafe Elementor Pro and was able to successfully install the theme, but im on step 4 which asks me to download Cafe Elementor Pro Posttype Plugin but i was not provided the zip file in any way. Without this, my website is just a blank screen (at least that’s why I assume it’s just blank right now)

Your response that you sent to my email just linked me to this forum… My only issue is that you guys are missing a file that is a part of the download package I purchased. I don’t see why it should be taking so long to receive that.
Can you send again? I do not have it in my email, but i see all the other emails between us.

I have checked my spam, promotions, all files, etc. I have nothing from you guys except notifications from the forum postings and the original file package. Is there some other way I can get this file?
