Here’s where I’m confused. You are a big company supposedly that creates and sells themes, but can’t figure out how to issue the license key automatically with the theme?
I have purchased themes from other sellers multiple times and always received the key instantly. To require us to wait is completely ridiculous.
You also do not have it listed anywhere on your site that they aren’t instant.
I can’t do anything with my theme without it. I was going to use this whole day off building my website and now can’t because you aren’t clear with your themes

My lms education elementor pro theme is also showing that the woo commerce templates are are outdated. Can you provide me with updated ones? My shop page also looks messed up and I’m assuming this is why
