will only show two products per page

I am trying to use the green farm pro theme. when I use customizer to set 4 items per row it only shows 2 product per page (never more than one row). if I set is as categories it will show 4 like its supposed to. How can i fix this

i found the issue, its in the ShopLentor plugin
